Please take time to read our CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 50% non refundable deposit is payable 7days or more before your stay.
A 100% non refundable deposit is payable for single night bookings.
Deposits may be refunded if the room can be re-let.
We require credit/debit card detals or a cheque to secure your reservation. However should you fail to arrive and take up your reservation a charge will be made against your card for the full amount.
If the person making the booking is different to the person taking up the occupation, the person who makes the booking may be held responsible and a charge will be made against their credit/debit card.
Please remember that your reservation is a binding contract under British Law.
